My daughter is six years old and this gym is literally the highlight of her week. The classes at FR3RUNNING have given her so much physical and mental confidence. Coach Mayo and the entire team at the gym are incredibly kind and caring, but they also gently stretch and challenge the kids. I cannot recommend this gym more.

I continue to be amazed by this place. All 3 of my children (2, 5, &7 years old) attend class. I'm a pediatric occupational therapist, so I'm pretty picky about activities for my kids, and this just checks every. single. box. Physical development, executive function, self-esteem, social skills! What's more, Coach Mayo adjusts every activity to meet the needs of every child. My oldest brings the anxiety, my middle brings the drama, and my youngest brings the chaos. The staff handles all of them with grace and humor, and they each leave class feeling on top of the world! I could not recommend Fr3running more, and I just know you and your child will love it too!

We have a 5 year old and 2.5 year old and they both LOVE it here. Every day they DON'T have class they get super bummed. Their strength and confidence has grown immeasurably since starting the Ninja Classes. I can't recommend this place enough. The coaches are SO positive and empowering and supportive. Not only my kids but I love seeing the other kids excel in the classes as well. Do your kids a favor and sign them up NOW!!!

Such a great experience! Our son has been going for a couple years and it’s really helped his confidence, balance, team work and listening skills. The instructors are locked in and make the class special for every kid. We had our son’s 5th birthday party here as well. I can’t say enough good things about the class
