We require an emailed or digital drop request to set a drop date Drop dates are set 2 weeks from the received request.
We charge on the 25th of every month.

Our favorite snacks are available to purchase, but if you have any suggestions, we’re all ears. Our mission is to connect students with the snacks that fuel growth and stray away from harmful manufacturers
Parkour requires clean shoes that are free of dirt, debris, rocks, and gum…ewe. We ask that student save a specific pair of athletic sneakers to change into before participating

We recommend going with the top parkour shoe brands “Ollo” or “Take Flight” but you can always designate a pair of clean sneakers for your classes. With extensive experience as a teaching artist, Frida has worked across Kansas City, empowering young people through after-school art programming and digital media literacy initiatives that nurture resilience, creativity, and critical thinking. Now based in California, she continues her mission of advocating for youth development programming that builds skills, confidence, and community connections.
