Rules, terms, and conditions
FR3RUNNING ANNIVERSARY FEE: All students will be charged an annual fee of $50, due at the start of each new year. This fee covers administrative costs and program enhancements. If a student drops out of the program before the end of the year, they will receive a prorated refund.
DROP PROCEDURE: To drop a student from class, parents may submit written notice via email, regular postal mail, or online. If a student cannot attend class due to illness or injury, parents may request a waiver of the anniversary fee for that period.
WHAT TO WEAR: Students are encouraged to wear athletic clothing for freedom of movement and comfort. Hair should be pulled back and secured away from the face, and appropriate footwear should be worn. Personal items should be left in designated cubby holes, and jewelry should be removed before class.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP: Parents are asked to drop off students no earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled class time and pick them up on time. If parents know they will be late, they should inform the staff as soon as possible. Students may wait inside the building for pickup, and the team is available to escort them to the car if requested.”
