We do not offer a free trial at this time.
Drop-ins for active members are welcome.
$55 for 1 Hour
$45 For 45 Minutes
We require an emailed or digital drop request to set a drop date Drop dates are set 2 weeks from the received request.
We charge on the 25th of every month.
Our parking lot is located behind our building
If the lot is full, we validate parking at 1420 S Central Ave, Glendale, CA 91204

Our staff’s favorite snacks are available to purchase, but if you have any suggestions, we’re all ears. Our mission is to connect students with the snacks that fuel growth and stray away from harmful manufacturers
Parkour requires clean shoes that are free of dirt, debris, rocks, and gum…ewe. We ask that student save a specific pair of athletic sneakers to change into before participating. Purchase shoes here

Prices range from $100 to $200 per month.
4 Classes per month are billed and make-up credits are given for an excused absence.
* 24-hour notice of cancellation for excused absence.

Flow Practitioner – 1 year + Perks (Paid Monthly)
FR3FLOW Master– 1 year + More Perks (Paid Yearly)
Before starting, we will schedule evaluation sessions. These sessions allow our coaches to work closely with students, assess their skills, and recommend the appropriate class level and path.
We recommend going with the top parkour shoe brands, but you can always designate a pair of clean sneakers for your classes. We have shoe storage available to put your outside sneakers while in class.
